Woven into our hearts are the joys, sorrows, and silences of those who came before — mothers and grandmothers, fathers and grandfathers, our ancestors, whose unhealed wounds and unspoken love still move through us today. Ancestral trauma lives in the body and inside the energy fields long after the story is forgotten, quietly shaping how we love, how we trust, and how we protect ourselves in our closest relationships. This special event includes a guided gentle movement and dance meditation to release physical stress and tension, breathwork to calm down the nervous system, and a crystal/Reiki healing experience centered on energetic balance, emotional release, ancestral patterns, and generational healing by crystal placement focused on the body’s energy centers.
