This workshop invites you to awaken to the truth that your nightly visions are not passive illusions, but direct acts of conscious creation. You are the architect of your nocturnal landscape. Sleep is not a state of unconsciousness — it is a gateway into multidimensional reality.
We spend a third of our lives asleep, yet this time remains deeply misunderstood. Understanding it benefits our mental, emotional, and physical well-being — each night, as the body surrenders, we recharge by literally reconnecting to the Divine.
This transformative workshop reveals that what we commonly call a “dream” is actually a spectrum of experiences: from literal astral travel and out-of-body experiences, where your consciousness explores higher realms, to direct guidance from your Higher Self, Spirit Guides, and Angels, to glimpses into simultaneous realities and parallel lives happening across time and space.
You’ll learn to bridge physiology with energetic practice — grounding crystals, targeted breathwork, and meditation — to improve dream recall, recognize lucid and prophetic states, and confidently decode their sacred messages. Discussion and your own dream experiences are welcome throughout.
We’ll close with a brief Crystal and Reiki healing session to balance your energy and reconnect you to your own divine healing power. You’ll leave energetically prepared — your perception of dreams forever changed — ready to step into tonight’s sleep as a Multiverse Traveler and Creator, attuned to the timeless language of your soul!

Step into a serene and rejuvenating experience designed to restore balance, clarity, and inner peace while exploring the supportive role crystals can play in your wellness journey.
Woven into our hearts are the joys, sorrows, and silences of those who came before — mothers and grandmothers, fathers and grandfathers, our ancestors, whose unhealed wounds and unspoken love still move through us today. Ancestral trauma lives in the body and inside the energy fields long after the story is forgotten, quietly shaping how we love, how we trust, and how we protect ourselves in our closest relationships. Through the gentle, sacred work of crystal healing and Reiki, we open space to meet that inheritance with compassion — not to relive it, but to witness it, honor it, and release what is ready to be released.
This special event includes a guided gentle movement and dance meditation to release physical stress and tension, breathwork to calm down the nervous system, and a crystal/Reiki healing experience centered on energetic balance, emotional release, ancestral patterns, and generational healing by crystal placement focused on the energy centers. As part of the collective healing experience, each participant will receive a brief individualized healing session tailored to their unique energetic needs. Is your child deeply sensitive, intuitive, or struggling to fit into one-size-fits-all expectations? They aren't overwhelmed by their own energy; they are overwhelmed by narrow, rigid social frameworks that cannot contain their expansive light!
In this workshop, children will learn how to ground and anchor their energy: through nature, crystals, movement, animal yoga, the soothing frequencies of Singing Bowls, and breathwork techniques. During the Story Time, your child will learn to trust their intuition, to believe in themselves, and follow their heart. The story Lesia and the Spider invites children to treat even the smallest creatures with kindness and to care for nature in gentle, thoughtful ways.
Children will leave with practical, "magical" tools to stay calm and centered, shine their light with confidence, and stand strong in a world that is still catching up to them.
