Meet OLesya

OLesya is a healing facilitator, life transitions guide, and certified end-of-life doula, and the founder of Iris Vibrational Healing, LLC, a holistic wellness practice offering energy-based sessions for humans, animals, and spaces to support balance, calm, clarity, and overall well-being. She holds certifications as a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, Crystal Practitioner, and End-of-Life Doula. OLesya completed an Integrative Health and Wellness certificate program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Gerontology at the same institution, bridging academic studies with holistic approaches to healing. Her academic foundation also includes a business degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a teaching degree.

Since 2020, OLesya has facilitated in-person and distant healing sessions for humans, animals, and spaces (dwellings) around the world. Her work integrates Reiki, crystals, breathwork, sound, spiritual and classical music, colors, essential oils, herbs, plants, and the grounding qualities of natural linen to support relaxation, harmony, and deeper connection to self. OLesya works intuitively, drawing on heightened perception, empathy, and intuitive insight to guide each session and offer individualized support aligned with each client’s unique needs.

OLesya also brings over 25 years of hands-on, self-taught expertise in food allergies, environmental and chemical sensitivities, and allergen-free cooking and nutrition, gained while raising and homeschooling her children. From 2013 to 2018, she put this expertise into practice running a specialized child care program for children with severe allergies and other food restrictions, offering individualized meals and a safe environment for learning and growth. Her work as a child care provider was recognized in a local newspaper feature. OLesya's healing journey deepened after a serious accident, when energy healing became her path to recovery, setting the foundation for her present-day work in the holistic field.

OLesya lives in Dayton, Maryland, with her family. She enjoys spending time in nature, caring for and observing domesticated and wild animals, growing herbs and medicinal plants, creating recipes from simple ingredients, listening to her favorite classical music, reading, and writing children’s stories about nature and animals. She is also a big fan of fresh snow and cold plunges.
